Jessie’s always had an interest in people: what they need, how they feel, and how small details can make a big difference. That awareness, paired with a calm and welcoming presence, has helped her thrive in client-facing roles throughout her career. Whether solving a problem or offering a friendly conversation, she brings consistency and care to her interactions.
Jessie began her career in financial services in 2008, where she took on a range of responsibilities in operations and client support. As a former Operational Manager in retail banking, Jessie played a key role in preparing her branches for regulatory audits and ensuring processes met compliance standards. It was during this chapter that she met her husband, Todd, who would later become a founding partner at Sonoma Allocations.
Today, Jessie manages front office operations and supports the client experience across the firm. She helps keep the day running smoothly through strong organization, clear communication, and a presence that helps clients feel at ease.
Outside of work, Jessie is passionate about health and wellness. She is a dedicated CrossFit Coach who values structure, resilience, and showing up fully. She and Todd live in Sonoma County with their three children: Keeley, Kaleho, and Kendrick.
